Meeting called to order @ 6:09

Principal's Report: Concerns about attendance at PTG meeting. Looking into the possibility of having parent presentations to draw more parents.

Survey: How can we get more parents to the meeting? Change of time?

June Minutes: -motion to accept June minutes Jen Stone, second Cheryl Barth

Treasure's Report: explanation of the Budget for the year. $75 for school nurse for underwear. Motion to accept June report Tammie Duda second Toni Cestari

Events:
Turkey Trot - possible date of Nov. 25th or 26th
Fall Festival - Nov. 1st evening - 6-8pm
Winter Festival - looking for ideas. Holiday themed talent show?
Assemblies - Young audiences performance $10 a person. Toni Cestari & Jess Swan to go to the performance
Spring Event with Mr. Warren - Fitness night and class trip to rock cats or sound tigers.
Fundraising-
-Jeannine Update - first fundraiser of the year. Due date Sept 27th. Please turn in on time. Delivery for November
-Spirit Wear - Dates during fall festival. To be sent out before festival. Run week before and two weeks after Oct 28th - Nov 15th
-Spirit cups - Date early October
-Fundraiser Calendar - any addition or deletions. Subject for can and bottle drive, cookie dough
-Labels for education - Toni would like to pass this job on. Katie Lawless will take it on. Toni will train.
-Book fair - Oct 21-25, will be open during parent conferences. Not a fundraiser, money & books go back to the kids in the classrooms.

Other items: "Honey do list", room parent?, finger prints and background check for volunteer during the school day
